JOB PURPOSE:

• Manage and keep track of orders, purchases, repair services, and other services records between the company and customers

• Manage and keep track of purchase orders between the company and suppliers (if any)

• Communicate with customers, coordinate with internal teams, and follow the sales process from quotation to delivery

• Provide sales information to the Board of Directors and other departments

• Prepare sales reports and other management reports

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. With Customers: Order Handling and Post-sales Customer Support

1. Send quotations based on the company’s pricing policy for each customer group

2. Work with customers from order receipt to the delivery of goods

3. Follow up and summarize data on defective parts that are pending return from customers (if any).

4. Coordinate with other departments to handle customer complaints and resolve any other unexpected issues (delivery mistakes, defective items, etc.)

5. Work with delivery services to ship customer orders.

B. Internal Collaboration

6. Coordinate with the warehouse to check stock and confirm quantities for sales

7. Collect information from relevant departments to prepare sales documents for the import-export department (including Sale Contract, Commercial Invoice, Packing List,…)

8. Coordinate with the technical department for warranty and repair tasks

9. Prepare reports and statistics for management

C. Other Duties

10. Be involved in setting selling prices and customer care policies

11. Research and collect information about competitors


Yêu cầu công việc

Age & Gender:

1. Male or Female, from 23 years old and above

Education & Language

2. Graduated from College with a degree in Economics or related fields

3. Basic computer skills, proficient in MS Office tools. Applicants who can apply AI tools in daily tasks are highly encouraged

Experience:

4. English level: IELTS 5.0/TOEIC 650 or equivalent level. Good reading and writing skills are preferred. Knowing Chinese is a plus.

5. At least two years of experience in a similar position, especially in trading companies with Import-Export operations

6. Experience in handling mechanical product orders is a plus.

Others:

7. Be honest, careful, and have good teamwork skills

8. Be flexible and able to handle problems when they come up


Income & Benefits

1. Salary: from VND 15 to 17 million (negotiable)
