• Coordinate with departments to ensure all sales activities are executed smoothly and efficiently (importing of finished goods, product requalification, payment to third parties, etc.).
• Support the Sales team in administrative and paperwork tasks (printing and stamping documents, preparing bidding documents, etc.).
• Print sales contracts once approved by the Sales Director, deliver them to the Hiep Phuoc factory for Legal/Credit Control approval, and then send them to customers.
• Assist with customer inquiries (preparing payment documents, sending documents and POSM, etc.).
• Manage marketing merchandise inventory: coordinate with Salesman and Marketing on ordering and issuing.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Director/ Supervisor.
The position will be based in Binh Duong Factory.
• College/ University graduate in Administrative or relevant fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Administration and Sales Admin.
• Strong communication, planning, and effective customer service skills.
• Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Good English skills in reading and writing.
