Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our team in the exciting world of beer ingredients as well as distill ingredients trading. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and acting as a trusted advisor to breweries/distilleries and beverage manufacturers. You’ll be selling key ingredients such as hops, malts, yeasts, and adjuncts, helping clients craft world-class brews.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brewers, distributors, and supply chain partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Provide technical knowledge and product recommendations tailored to brewing needs.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to meet client needs and company targets.
• Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory alignment.
• Attend trade shows, brewery events, and industry expos to represent the company and expand your network.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in brewing, beverage, or food ingredients.
• Strong interest or background in brewing, distilling, or food science is a major plus. Studying Food Technology (or a related discipline) is also a plus for junior candidates.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Technical mindset with the ability to understand brewing processes and ingredients specifications.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally abroad for training or supplier meetings.
