• Book meetings directly on the founder’s calendar ensuring efficient scheduling.
• Coordinate introductory calls with small to mid-cap real estate professionals.
• Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and increase conversion chances.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends to enhance lead conversations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for lead generation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
