KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for preparing sales budgets aligned with the company's growth aspirations, developing customer portfolios, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role also involves optimizing plant capacity to meet customer requirements while maximizing customer satisfaction.
1. Sales Budget:
• Develop and prepare sales budgets in line with the company's growth objectives
• Drive the sales team to ensure the achievement of the sales budget
2. Customer Development:
• Create and implement customer development plans to achieve sales targets
• Foster strong relationships with customers through regular visits and communication
• Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities for new or additional business by promoting the company's products
• Address customer issues promptly and develop long-term plans for each customer
3. Forecasting and Planning:
• Liaise with customers to obtain forecast projections in advance
• Work with internal teams to plan capacity and raw material requirements
• Prepare internal sales plans and coordinate with relevant parties to set monthly production targets and sales values
4. Payment Collection:
Ensure timely payment collection from customers and conduct frequent follow-ups to manage working capital effectively
5. Order Management:
Address any issues related to customer orders promptly to maintain a smooth flow of operations
▪ Bachelor's degree in marketing or related disciplines.
▪ 5 years of experience in similar capacity in garment industry
▪ Excellent command of spoken and written English, Vietnamese and the ability to converse well in Chinese
▪ Demonstrated success in managing a sales team and consistently achieving sales targets.
▪ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
▪ Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
▪ Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
▪ Fluency in both the local language and English. Proficiency in Chinese is a bonus.
