In the purpose of expanding business, we are recruiting 01 Sales Officer in AEONMALL Ha Dong

- Working location: AEON MALL Ha Dong

- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays

- Report to: Leader/ Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

- Follow the sales plan to reach sales target for the in-charge tenants (30%)

- Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales reports (20%)

- Frequently patrol to maintain tenants' service standard and performance in compliance with Mall's operation rules and regulations (15%)

- Support tenants with daily operation, document processing… to maintain normal operation of tenants (15%)

- Find potential candidates for leasing vacant lots as plan of Department (15%)

- Other duties as assigned by supervisors (5%).

• Bachelor degree, any fields.

• No experience required. Candidate having 1 – 3 years of working experience in Administration, Sales Admin, Customer service or related fields is an advantage.

• Good communication in English and Vietnamese.

• Good mindset of customer service.

• Have Data analyzing, Problem solving skills.

• Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).

• Willing to work in shift: shift A 8:30 am – 5:30 pm – shift C 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm (Average 01-02 shift C/per week).
