CPG Vietnam Co., Ltd. is looking for qualified, talented, and dynamic candidates for the full-time position of SENIOR BIM COORDINATOR to be stationed in the Hanoi Office.

A. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist our BIM Manager in managing and overseeing BIM implementation at both project and organizational levels. You will play a key role in project coordination and collaboration, ensuring that project information is exchanged properly, data is secure, and all deliverables meet the highest standards and quality, complying with project requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain BIM-related documents such as BEP, PXP, EIR, and software guidelines at both project and organizational levels.

• Oversee BIM-mandated projects to ensure adherence to BIM protocols and procedures.

• Undertake BIM project setup and conduct regular model audits.

• Provide support for project teams regarding BIM-related issues.

• Assist in the creation and management of BIM content at the project level.

• Implement appropriate workflows and leverage BIM tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Conduct clash detection and resolution using coordination software like Navisworks, and coordinate with the design team to identify and track clash issues within the responsible discipline.

• Manage and oversee multi-disciplinary coordination workflows using different platforms to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

• Chair or attend model management and model coordination meetings with project team members.

• Conduct BIM development training for project team members as requested.

• Keep the BIM management team informed on BIM project status and activities on a weekly basis.

• Be aware of Points of Contact (PICs), track Information Deliverables (TIDP), manage information exchange milestones, collaboration processes, and designated Common Data Environment (CDE).

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in practical experience BIM Coordination.

• Technical Competencies:

• Good understanding of BIM processes, standards, and tools;

• Ability to collaborate on multiple projects;

• Advanced level (or level 3) proficiency in Revit;

• Proficiency in visual programming tools such as Dynamo and/or Grasshopper is an advantage;

• Experience working on international projects is preferred;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office;

• Familiarity with project management and scheduling software.

• Soft Skills:

• Good communication and collaboration skills;

• Problem-solving and teamwork skills;

• Be able to communicate in English is an advantage;

• Honest, friendly, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
