Execution of activities required to safely deliver changes, including:
- The successful definition and implementation of change, communication and learning activities (aligned to NAB’s Change Minimum Standards).
- Proactive Change adoption management – co-design metrics with Product Owners, create a plan to monitor, and pivot as required to realize project benefits.
- Strong communication skills are essential, including both verbal and written/documentation proficiency.
- Ability to think broadly and innovatively to develop and shape the change management plan.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Stakeholder management – Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders, building and maintaining strong working relationships.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management or Product Owner or Business Analyst roles is required.
- Experience designing and delivering Change Management activities.
- A customer-centric mindset with a broad understanding of customer needs.
- Strong commercial acumen for what constitutes value-driven outcomes aligned to agile ways of working.
- Exceptional, and demonstrated relationship management skills
- Financial services experience preferred.
