Purpose of Job / Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting in building and maintaining market intelligence database and producing in-depth market reports with thorough analysis and development recommendations including proposals in terms of project positioning, product, pricing, sales and marketing strategy, design, etc.

Có trách nhiệm xây dựng và duy trì cơ sở dữ liệu thị trường và chuẩn bị các báo cáo Nghiên cứu chuyên sâu bao gồm phân tích và đề xuất phát triển dự án liên quan đến định vị sản phẩm, phát triển sản phẩm, đề xuất giá bán, chiến lược bán hàng và tiếp thị, thiết kế,v,v.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

1. In-depth market study with market overview, analysis, and recommendation for potential/developing projects as well as market consultancy for the team/company, especially product and pricing recommendation thanks to the assistance of Deputy BD Manager;

Thực hiện các báo cáo chuyên sâu bao gồm các nghiên cứu, phân tích tổng quan thị trường và đề xuất phát triển cho dự án và tư vấn thị trường cho phòng/công ty, đặc biệt là các đề xuất phát triển sản phẩm và giá bán dưới sự hỗ trợ của Phó Giám Đốc Phát Triển Kinh Doanh;

2. Ad-hoc study and analysis, mainly to support for Gamuda Land’s headquarter in Malaysia;

Thực hiện các báo cáo nghiên cứu chuyên sâu đặc biệt, chủ yếu là tư vấn/hỗ trợ cho phía trụ sở chính chính của công ty ở Malaysia;

3. Maintain and update database;

Duy trì và cập nhật cơ sở dữ liệu;

4. Liaise with real estate consultancy firms as well as agencies for market update;

Làm việc với các đơn vị tư vấn để cập nhật thông tin thị trường;

5. Produce market research report by monthly, quarterly, and yearly & other specific reports with support of Deputy Business Development Manager;

Thực hiện các báo cáo thị trường theo tháng, quý và năm và các báo cáo chuyên dụng khác dưới sự hỗ trợ của Phó Giám đốc Phát triển Kinh doanh;

6. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety, Health, Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company;

Tuân thủ và tuân thủ mọi vấn đề về Chất lượng, An toàn, Sức khỏe, Môi trường liên quan đến phạm vi công việc và địa điểm làm việc theo yêu cầu của công ty;

7. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Các công việc khác được cấp quản lý phân công theo từng thời kỳ.

Qualifications Bachelor Degree

Experience : Ít nhất là 5 năm kinh nghiệm

Specific skills / abilities : Need to have a good network to collect data, consolidate, and verify the information to produce a market report when requested; Must have good experience in analysis and consultancy; Must have good report writing and presentation skills.

Personal qualities : Should have detail-oriented and logical characteristics with open mindset; Able to communicate with all levels of the management, energetic, assertive and able to achieve bottom line result.
