- Carry out daily tasks based on department's assignments

- Improve information for marketing tasks

- Carry out follow up actions on prospects and current tenants

- Investment trend and FDI investment analysis

- Review assigned region's tracking systems

- Propose specific package to be offered to different prospects

+ Propose strategic marketing plan/ Seminar for the assigned Regions promoting and seeking for prospects

+ Seeking for prospects through Agencies, organizations, companies.

+ Act as section leader for certain prospects
