Participate in discussions to improve mold productivity at the supplier when requested by the supplier.

Evaluate mold costs and budgets, make recommendations to reduce costs, and provide solutions to improve quality.

Training and sharing professional knowledge to develop the team

Participate in production cost optimization projects

Building standards for machining programming

Report work progress to direct manager.

Consult technical issues with relevant departments.

Learn and observe to make improvements for the department and the company

University graduate majoring in engineering

Minimum 03 years of experience related to auto and motorcycle component molds..

Ability to analyze and evaluate new mold structures and operating mold quality.

Proficient in 3D, 2D software such as NX, Catia, Autocad..., office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint...)

Understanding of machining capabilities

Understanding of SAP , MES,PLM system …..

Have a high sense of responsibility and comply with the organization's regulations.
