KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Process Analysis & Improvement:
- Build the process improvement backlog in Jira by working closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and align on process improvements
- Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement (As-is process analysis)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design improved workflows and propose process changes (To-be process) that optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency
- Support/ drive process implementation and track progress of improvement initiatives
- Monitor the impact of implemented changes, run retrospectives to record/share lessons learnt and help determine success metrics
2. Change Management Support:
- Work closely with Change Management team to ensure that the new process is implemented, and any related documentation is updated
Other related duties as required and assigned
- University or advanced degree preferable in Economics, Business Administration
- 2-3 years experience with proven record in business process management, process improvement preferrable in banking or consumer finance, or risk/ops/process consultancy
- Strong analytical and process mapping skills (e.g., BPMN, Visio)
- Excellent communications in both Vietnamese and English
- Demonstrated ability to practice complex problem solving, advanced negotiation, influence capability, and conflict solving
- Demonstrated skills in report writing, data visualization and data-driven mindset
- Able to independently develop and deliver presentation in front of large audience
