Job Description

- Ensure Best-in-class quality performance across key OSATs, Bumping, DPS suppliers in Vietnam through close management and collaboration

- Manage and drive supplier quality performance to meet / exceed set KPI goals.

- Well understand ISO9001 / IATF16949 quality system requirements and conduct audits to identify / close gaps.

- Perform process audit per FMEA / Control plan

- Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish proactive control systems to maintain / improve process performance

- Review supplier change management and drive supplier continuous improvement programs

- Investigate customer quality concerns and RMAs and drive 8D corrective / preventive actions related to customer quality issues

- Drive and execute a wide range of global initiatives with global teams

- Initiate, organize, develop and lead task-force for short term problem solving and long term continuous improvement

- Effectively drive and optimize department performance by close collaboration with key stakeholders to build and execute strategies aligned to corporate objectives

Qualifications

- BS degree or above in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Physics engineering or equivalent.

- Minimum of 5 years in semiconductor or manufacturing with good understanding of quality, assembly & test, bumping, DPS processes

- Demonstrate teamwork and possess strong Project & Supplier management skills

Language

Fluency in English, in addition to the Vietnamese language

Chinese communication skill is a plus
