To ensure the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of CLAAS Machines by providing high-quality technical support, consultation, and training to dealers and customers. This position aims to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize machine performance in Vietnam & Laos Market.
• Supporting dealer service engineers (if planned) and end customers in the repair, assembly and commissioning of Claas machines.
• Conducting induction training for the end customer's operating staff. Participate in the commissioning of the machine in the field/farm.
• Checking the function of all components and assemblies, if necessary carrying out repairs to restore functionality, adjusting machines and assemblies.
• Consulting the end customer on maintenance and operation of the machine.
• Supporting customers in operating the machines during technological operations
• Training dealers and end customers on Claas machines as a trainer
• Technical support to key customers.
• Supporting marketing campaigns and logistic processes (receiving, unloading and loading of machines).
• Researching breakdown and damage statistics.
• Communicating with the Claas support team and component suppliers.
• Defining and monitoring general warranty periods.
• Supporting and carrying out SI's (service inspections).
• Investigation of technical problems in the field, if required, in order to resolve them promptly.
• Collecting, processing and analyzing information on identified faults of machinery according to approved parameters and forwarding it to Claas for processing.
• Parts support, determining the catalogue number or technical parameters of spare parts, the correspondence of these spare parts to the machine serial number and their use on a specific type of machine.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, or other related fields, very good knowledge of electronics and hydraulics
• Practical experience with agricultural machinery for at least 5 years (experience in operation, maintenance and repair)
• Knowledge and ability to use diagnostic programs, technical literature and measuring equipment.
• Good English language skills
• Fluent in MS Office applications
• Confidence, stress tolerance, communication skills, initiative, willingness to work on a travelling basis, flexibility, ability to work in a team.
