Location: Office-based in Thao Dien, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Type: Full Time, 8:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Saturday. Work from home can be applied for Saturday.
Term of contract: 10 months contract from June 2025
- Swatch management & Testing
- Check with Product Development team to maintain up-to-date finish management templates for finishes in Centric
- Manage and file all finish and material swatches in the office (labelling, inventory, organization) as well as swatches from outside of VN
- Follow up with Product Development team to get approved Development Color Panel swatches
- Refresh Master Color Panel once they are expired
- Work with Product Development team and Supply Chain team to schedule and ship swatches
- Ensure all swatches are properly labelled and shipped
- Complete Swatch shipment reports and upload on Centric
- Work with PD and IPM teams to obtain all missing documentation related to swatches
- Update and maintain hardware information on Centric, if required
- Submit all new finishes for testing to meet American compliance requirements
- Conduct in-house finish tests for all new finishes
- Check all testing reports and upload on Centric
- Ensure all tests follow the Matrix
- Organize meeting for technical team members about new development review
- Make a recap of a weekly meeting and have technical team members follow the content of the meeting.
- Prepare documents recapping new material development of wood/veneer specifications and new material items that have not been developed before.
- Keep information / data in file for technical team’s reference.
- Other tasks as required by Technical Manager.
• At least 1 year of experience in color testing, interior design industry. (Open for new graduates, additional training will be provided).
• English proficiency is MUST (including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar 3D modeling software is a plus.
