- Build up a talent pool, candidate pool to ensure the availability of candidates for job vacancies;
- Support HRM to ensure the plant is staffed with employees with the right level of competencies for the immediate and long-term;
- Take lead in the full cycle recruitment process:
+ Checking the headcount budget;
+ Availability of job description before job posting;
+ Searching for candidates
+ Pre-screening CV;
+ Co-ordinating with hiring departments;
+ Participating in interview and supporting Hiring Manager for selection;
+ Offering the suitably qualified candidates to assume positions;
+ Checking reference if required.
- Make analysis and daily/ weekly/ monthly reports on recruitment activities.
- Update candidate’s database.
Experience: at least 05 year experienced in the same position (preferred candidate has experience of working at automotive manufacturing company)

• Master the function and process of recruitment, personnel management, Employee relation. Preferred candidate has been working for Manufacturing companies
• Interviewing and evaluation skill
• Knowledge about the labor law and other HR relative law
• Knowledge about the business departments’ key function

• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel, Power Point
• Fluent English (listening, speaking, writing)
