- Consolidate reports and coordinate the implementation plans of Project Legal, BUs, PMUs, and member companies to ensure alignment with the Group's established business plan.
- Participate in internal/external legal-related matters for the Group’s projects.
Consolidate and Report on Project Legal Work
- Compile and report on legal work for projects according to the Group’s overall plan.
- Develop task lists for each project, aligned with the company's annual plan, to monitor and coordinate information and the execution of Project Legal, BUs, PMUs, and member companies.
- Summarize the legal work performed by Project Legal, BUs, PMUs, and member companies, and assess their implementation according to the Group's F1 and F0 plans.
- Provide information to support the Deputy Managing Director of NLL – Project Legal in making decisions and adjusting action plans based on actual project implementation.
Coordinate Information with Project Legal, BUs, PMUs, and Member Companies
- Coordinate information with Project Legal, BUs, PMUs, and member companies for annual and actual implementation planning.
- Participate in meetings with project directors and joint ventures to report on project legal work and propose solutions.
- Report to the Director, Project Legal on the opinions and proposals from joint ventures and project directors regarding legal plans.
Support Professional Activities
- Compile and provide planning parameters and legal information to support work within the division.
- Review submitted documents to ensure compliance with the implementation plan.
- Review F1-established tasks to ensure alignment with the Group's plans and report adjustments if necessary.
- Draft submissions, official letters, and legal procedures.
Participate in Internal/External Legal-Related Matters for the Group’s Projects
- Bachelor's degree in Law/Administrative Management/Real Estate or relevant fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the real estate industry.
Knowledge, Professional Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of real estate project management.
- Understanding of laws and government regulations related to real estate.
- Familiarity with company policies, operational procedures, and legal documents.
- Knowledge of project and organizational structures.
- Administrative and document management knowledge.
