Production and Technical:

• Oversee machines/equipment and ensure optimal functionality.

• Work closely with engineers and technicians to maintain and improve production efficiency.

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting (cause analysis, countermeasure plan-ning, and execution) for all machines, including utility/facility equipment.

• Install and launch increased production equipment (if have)

• Support Sr. Production Engineer to bring idea for machine efficiency improvement

• 6S implementation in factory

Operations

• Support Production Manager for daily operation: quality check, batch control, daily report.

• Implement OOE project to reduce MUDA or improve working efficiency

• Continuous improvement in quality and service delivered to the customers

• Alignment with HSE policies and 5S on the production shop floor

• Other tasks be assigned by Production Manager

Position 1: Process/ Industrial Engineer trainee/ Kỹ sư quy trình

• Graduated from university with bachelor’s degree in industrial (design) Engineering or mechanical engineering related fields. Mold& die or Mechanical machining related fields are also accepted as there are the main products that we handle in operations.

• Good in technical knowledge and reading 2D/ 3D mechanical technical drawing with tolerancing understanding.

• Understand & read well English; willing to speak, even with lower communication skills.

• Good IT (HW/ SW) knowledge and use of all Microsoft programs.

• Open and positive mindset with ambition to experience international and cross-cultural business environments.

• Available to be located near the factory during the training or travel daily independent-ly to the company.

• Flexible working time as per company needs and able to support on some weekends if requested in urgent cases.

Position 2: Mechatronics/ Electronic Engineer/ Kỹ sư cơ điện

• Graduated from university with bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics. Electrical or Elec-tronics engineering related fields.

• Good in technical knowledge and reading electrical technical drawing and diagrams

• Able to use and program PLC’s.

• Understand & read well English; willing to speak, even with lower communication skills.

• Good IT (HW/ SW) knowledge and use of all Microsoft programs.

• Open and positive mindset with ambition to experience international and cross-cultural business environments.

• Available to be located near the factory during the training or travel daily independent-ly to the company.

Position 3 : Regrinding Cutting Tools specialist / Kỹ sư máy mài

• Graduated from university with bachelor’s degree mechanical engineering related fields. Mold& die or Mechanical machining related fields are also accepted as there are the main products that we handle in operations.
