Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with over 15 years of expertise in solution architecture to lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure architectural solutions across various platforms, including cloud environments, ERP systems, CRM systems, and custom applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving application modernization, API integration, and multi-platform interoperability while incorporating emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and automation into business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Develop and maintain an end-to-end architectural roadmap that aligns with business objectives, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards.

• Application Modernization: Lead initiatives focused on modernizing applications, integrating APIs, migrating data, and ensuring interoperability across multiple platforms.

• Technology Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to enhance business solutions, driving innovation through the

integration of AI, machine learning, and automation.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with CxO-level stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure that architectural solutions meet business goals and requirements.

• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory

standards and industry best practices for design and deployment, fostering a

culture of compliance within the architecture team.

• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership in Agile and Scrum

projects, facilitating successful delivery and addressing any technical challenges that arise.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of

architectural frameworks, design decisions, and strategic plans for scalability and future use.

• Problem Solving: Utilize strong analytical skills to optimize CXone solutions to

meet business objectives, ensuring a smooth and effective user experience.

• Training and Mentorship: Mentor and train team members, provide technical

documentation, and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure continuity and growth within the team.

• Business Process Familiarity: Understand and engage with business processes, customer engagement strategies, and data protection regulations to deliver solutions that drive business success.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, design, and implementation.

• Experience in Omnichannel platforms like Genesys, Nice, Amazon Connect etc.

• Proven track record in designing scalable and secure solutions across cloud platforms, ERP, CRM, and custom applications.

• Extensive experience with application modernization, API integration, and multiplatform interoperability.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and automation.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with CxOlevel stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of regulatory standards and best practices in solution design.

• Experience providing technical leadership in Agile and Scrum environments.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to optimize solutions for business alignment.

• Ability to train, mentor, and lead technical teams effectively.

• Knowledge of business processes, customer engagement strategies, and data protection regulations.
