- Lead and manage the team to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, Walmart

- Develop and oversee workflows to ensure alignment with platform guidelines and company standards.

- Build and execute effective sales strategies; continuously optimize cost structures.

- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support for individual growth.

- Conduct market research and propose product ideas that meet customer demand.

- Develop and manage the P&L plan, ensuring efficient cost control.

- Deliver regular performance and business reports as required.

- Train, evaluate, and support team members for continuous improvement.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the management.

- Over 3 years of experience working with Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay... (FBA or FBM), especially in companies targeting US and European markets

- At least 1 year in a leadership role, managing a team of 3 or more members

- Aged: 26 – 35. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, etc. (Preference for graduates from Economics, Foreign Trade, or National Universities)

- Strong market awareness, creative thinking, and product development orientation.

- Sharp problem-solving skills, fast learner, detail-oriented, responsible.

- Strong multitasking, organizational, and people management skills.

- Good English communication skills (equivalent to TOEIC 650+).
